      Abbott公司推出乙肝自动筛查检测方法  
      乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)和HBsAg确证试验能够用于筛选供血人员的乙肝感染情况。  
      Prism系统是由Abbott公司(Abbott  Park,  Il,  USA)生产的，以及乙肝检测试验，Prism  HB核心抗原最近获得了美国食品药品管理局的许可。其他肝炎和逆转录病毒检测正在接受美国FDA的审核。  
      已经在30个国家应用，Prism系统将检测整合入单个系统中，能够完成许多当前用于筛查的手工检测。整合入系统中的安全措施有助于追踪和监测整个过程中的每一个标本，为检测工作人员提供质量控制和档案记录。Prism系统每小时能够处理160个样本，能够在8小时内检测超过1,200个样本。  
      Automated  Tests  Screen  Blood  for  Hepatitis   
      Hepatitis  surface  antigen  (HBsAg)  and  HBsAg  confirmatory  tests  are  used  to  screen  donated  blood  for  hepatitis.  
      The  Prism  system  produced  by  Abbott  (Abbott  Park,  Il,  USA),  together  with  the  hepatitis  B  test,  Prism  HB  core,  were  recently  cleared  by  the  U.S.  Food  and  Drug  Administration  (FDA).  Additional  hepatitis  and  retrovirus  tests  are  currently  under  FDA  review.  Already  in  use  in  30  countries,  the  Prism  system  consolidates  testing  into  a  single  system,  automating  many  of  the  manual  testing  procedures  and  steps  currently  used  for  screening  blood.  Safety  measures  built  into  the  system  help  to  track  and  monitor  each  sample  through  the  testing  process,  providing  documentation  and  quality  control  for  testing  facilities.  The  Prism  system  can  run  160  samples  per  hour,  making  it  possible  to  test  more  than  1,200  samples  in  an  eight-hour  sh
